About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Media & Digital Manager to support the execution and tracking of media plans across Central Europe countries, while also acting as a coordination point for Consumer Care activity.

This role involves day-to-day collaboration with our local media agency, approving and monitoring tactical media plans, and ensuring alignment with the annual media strategies in place. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of digital media and social platforms and is eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their media career looking to develop expertise within a strong, international team.

Additionally, this person will help coordinate responses to Consumer Care questions by liaising with the relevant functions in Marketing or Quality, ensuring timely and accurate communication to front desk agents in the three countries.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for local media agency teams, coordinating campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Track campaign performance and costs, support agency in post-campaign reporting.
  • Coordinate internal review and approval of tactical media plans and ongoing optimizations.
  • Liaise with central and local teams to answer Consumer Care questions escalated from Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian front-line agents.
  • Assist in generating monthly reports and campaign evaluations.
  • Use internal tools to monitor social media performance of our brands’ campaigns; track, optimize, and report key metrics.
  • Stay informed on local media and digital trends and share relevant insights with the wider team.

Kvalifikace

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in media planning, campaign execution, or digital marketing—agency or client-side.
  • Basic knowledge of media and digital channels (e.g. display, social, video).
  • Some familiarity with social media platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and eager to learn.
  • Fluent in Czech and English; knowledge of Slovak or Hungarian is an advantage.
  • Interest in FMCG or coffee category is a plus.
