Job Description

As People Services Lead Benelux, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of all operational HR processes across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You will lead a team of HR Specialists and act as a hands-on coordinator, contributing directly to daily operations while driving continuous improvement and service excellence.

In this key role, you’ll not only lead day-to-day operations, but also actively contribute to HR-related projects, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll be part of a diverse and supportive team that values ownership, shared learning, and delivering real impact.

We’re looking for someone who combines leadership with hands-on HR expertise - someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, enjoys working with a broad range of stakeholders, and takes pride in building effective teams and processes.

Key responsibilites

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR Services team to deliver high-quality, compliant support aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee personnel and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and timely execution of key HR processes.
  • Act as the main liaison for HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and service level adherence.
  • Drive and support HR projects and change initiatives, including reorganizations, process improvements, and system implementations.
  • Ensure quality and compliance through regular checks, data integrity monitoring, and action plans based on employee feedback.

Work Environment
The role is part of the People Services department within the Human Resources organization. The department focuses on executing personnel and organizational policies for all business units. It also handles payroll administration and functional management of the IT landscape and analytics.

For the People Services Lead, we’re looking for someone with:

  • HBO-level education in HRM or Payroll Administration.
  • Proven experience in a coordinating or leadership HR role.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors, ADP Workforce and or Strada is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • A proactive, structured, and people-oriented mindset.
