The position of HR Systems & Data Solution Specialist NE sits comfortably in the People Services Northern European team while working closely with the Global HR Technology team. This diverse and supportive environment encourages learning, development, and teamwork.

In this role you contribute to the ongoing digitalization and automation journey within the Northern Europe cluster. You help manage and improve local HR IT solutions to make processes more efficient, user-friendly, and future-ready.

As we continue to establish our People Services function across Northern Europe and work towards globally harmonizing our time & attendance and payroll systems, this role contributes significantly to shaping consistent and future-ready practices within the region.

You’ll be involved in enhancing HR services for over 3,100 employees, including optimizing IT tools and navigating a complex system landscape. You support project-based initiatives, help coordinate change efforts, and assist in prioritizing implementations, optimizations, and change requests. Your ability to maintain oversight and engage stakeholders is key.

Alongside change support, you’ll also provide user assistance by resolving incidents and service requests (including reporting) and performing functional system management. These operational tasks will make up around 50% of your time.

You are hands-on, flexible, and comfortable switching between strategic and detailed tasks. You’ll work closely with another HR Systems & Reporting Specialist and our SuccessFactors Key User. The role reports to the Head of People Services Northern Europe and is part of a team of 25 colleagues.

Work Environment
The role is part of the People Services department within the Human Resources organization. The department focuses on executing personnel and organizational policies for all business units. It also handles payroll administration and functional management of the IT landscape and analytics.

For the HR Systems & Data Solution Specialist position, we’re looking for someone with:

  • HBO/WO education level
  • Ideally experience with Zendesk, SuccessFactors, Strada, and/or Visier/PowerBI
  • Some knowledge of RPA, Python, and/or SQL is a plus but not required
  • Good command of Dutch and English
