Job Description

As our Category & Revenue Manager, you will lead our Category team and develop and deliver our revenue growth strategy. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams to deliver revenue and sales growth for JDE and our retail partners by delivering strong category insights. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and delivering the Category and Revenue Management Agendas for JDE NZ
  • Leading the Category & Shopper team to deliver best in class analysis, insights and execution
  • Continual evaluation of market trends and JDE coffee & tea performance to key stakeholders
  • Support with innovation projects
  • Deliver insights and tools to help the business optimise our sales fundamentals.
  • Establishing a strong reputation within internal teams as the expert on Category and Revenue Management activities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in FMCG with experience in Nielsen/IRI, Dunnhumby/Quantium
  • Experience in a senior Category and Revenue Management role
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from large volumes of data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Continuous improvement mindset with strong communication skills
  • Valid unrestricted work visa
